Note on voting for Hikago Team Deathmatch

We've been really excited to see so many people reading, commenting and voting for the first round of Hikago Team Deathmatch!
We noticed that some votes have been coming from roleplaying journals. Now, it's probable that people are just using their roleplaying journals because that's the only account they have on Dreamwidth. So using a roleplaying journal to vote is not a problem in and of itself. But in order to ensure the integrity of the voting, we would really appreciate it if those of you who are voting under a roleplaying account would either comment to the voting post or PM us (
troisroyaumes,
qem_chibati and
hostilecrayon) to let us know that you have not voted under another ID. If we don't hear from you, we may contact you via PM to ask for confirmation on this point.
(ETA: Since my original wording was unclear, I just wanted to add that if you're not voting under a roleplaying account, then we don't need any clarification.)
Since not all the voters are members of this community, we'd also appreciate it if people who might have linked the challenge to their friends could let them know about this policy!
