AlphaGo movie

flonnebonneHi all! If you haven't watched the documentary on the go-playing artificial intelligence program AlphaGo, I highly recommend it. It's beautifully done, has won a gazillion awards, and my parents who have zero interest in go loved it :) There's tons of food for thought for Hikago fans in there...go philosophy, go nerds, thoughts on what it means to be human..and yes, a little guy who is essentially Hikaru for the god in the machine :D

The movie itself is on Netflix here in Canada, so it's probably available on Netflix in a lot of other countries as well.
And once you're done watching the movie, I recommend watching the short videos on AlphaGo Zero, which are also extremely well done.
And once you've chewed on all that food for thought...how about writing a fic for the second round of unofficial blind_go? :D
