I recently started buying a second set of the Viz manga for reference purposes, and since my scanning method leads to irreparably destroying books, I decided to buy them used. Most have been gently used. Some, heartbreakingly enough, have been in absolutely perfect shape: books you'd swear were unread and untouched by human hands, if not for the sticker lovingly placed inside the front cover hoping to entice dewey-eyed and cotton-tailed new blood into the exciting world of American go.
