I've read one Akari-focused doujin with scat but that's all that comes to mind. (eta: hunted down the link to that doujin again if anyone was interested in it. it was kinda boring and mostly it didn't seem to matter at all that it was a hikago doujin, akari could have been replaced with any random female character I thought.)
