hikarunogo(Apologies that this post is going up late! Originally, I had planned to do a character manifesto but due to feeling poorly, I switched at last minute to something a lot less elaborate.)
How it works
The chooser thinks of a Hikago character and posts "Who am I?" in a comment to start the game. It can be any character that has a name and appears in the series, no matter how minor. The rest of us will try to guess who the character is by asking yes or no questions in reply to the comment. The first person to guess the character correctly by asking, "Are you [character name]?" wins the game. If no one manages to guess correctly before twenty questions are asked, then the chooser wins the game.
Whoever wins the game gets to start the next game!
