hikarunogoI know the anime is not about that, but since Hikaru was literally possessed for years (and since I am, at heart, a horror fan), I think he should have been allowed to be a bit spooky, as a treat.
Imagine, Hikaru Shindou, that weirdo kid that appeared out of nowhere to become an insei and talk no sense about being Akira Touya's rival, whose skin is a bit too cold and whose eyes shine slightly in the dark, who has a shadow that is a bit too dark and too big, who looks into space and talks to himself a lot, who gets good at Go scarily fast and has a predatory look on his face every time he's sitting in front of a goban.
Who, even with all that is stil a normal kid, who is loud and annoying and happy, that makes you forget how creepy he can be sometimes
