readerofasaph kindly volunteered to write up an introduction, but we will still appreciate more volunteers to write their own take on the series. It can be a formal essay summarizing the plot and discussing the major themes or a personal account of how you came to love Hikaru no Go.

Please leave a comment if you're interested in volunteering! We are setting a tentative time frame for the introductions to be posted to the comm during May 1-8 but if this time frame won't work for you, just add a note letting us know.

Hello! I would love to contribute to this! My take would probably be more along the lines of "why I love this show!" but I'll definitely touch on some of the themes as well. I'll be creating an account tonight with the name "Sanalith" so I'll have posting access at that point.
