5 fics you started (or were bunnied for) but will probably never finish

Oooo, shiny. OK. Chronological-ish.

1) has to be Con Molto Espressione, my orchestra AU for BG 4. I had so much plot for that universe (well, not really plot so much as backstory?) and I really /did/ mean to write it, it just... hasn't happened. And it's been a year and a half, continuation looks unlikely :(

2) is the, well. The doc is saved as 'The Superpeople AU'. It was one of my secondary ideas for BG 4, at the flailage point, and - the Touyas own a gym where 'talented' (think X-men style powers) people can rent a shielded room and beat each other up to their heart's content. Hikaru storms in, demands to fight Akira 'cause he's at least the same age, and... shenanigans, basically.

...this is tricky. my WIPs folder only has 11 files - two of those are damaged/irretrievable, two are duplicates, two are completed and two are only notes. it's cause I don't start many fics, so I try to use the false starts somewhere else. fail, macey, fail. *rummages*

3) There's, like, the couple'a hundred words of Isumi hidden behind a plant in a fast-food restaurant that was gonna end up with Isumi/Waya smoochies? only it was too ridiculously lame even for my standards, so it got scrapped.

4) Oooo, this is the fun one. I /might/ actually finish this. Eventually. Just, not for, well, ages. I have 1,700 words of magic!au continuation in the works, although I haven't written anything since - March? idk. but it's gonna be epic - there's Sai, and Touya Kouyo being kick-ass, and mystical traps and and \o/

5) I started work on a fic for this BG which woulda had Akira leaving for America for a year or so without telling Hikaru - starts with Akira travelling on a train, wondering if there'll be anyone 'at home' to greet him, then we flash back to Hikaru opening a letter he wasn't meant to. But there was no way I was gonna get that to 3.5k by deadline, so.
